Laurie Bilik                                                                                                                  
LSMP 5001 - Organizational Leadership

Laurie Bilik is President of Global Human Resources, Inc., a consulting and training organization that works with a diverse group of clients.  Ms. Bilik has many years of experience teaching leadership, business ethics and managerial skills.  She received her undergraduate degree from Skidmore Colleges and holds two graduate degrees from New York University.

Harold M. Cornell                                                                                                       
MSCI 5006 - Managerial Finance

Harold Cornell received his undergraduate degree from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA with a major in Accounting and earned a Master’s Degree in Finance from Pace University in Pleasantville, NY.  He spent six years in public accounting, twenty-eight years in corporate accounting and finance, and for the past ten years has been a college teacher and financial consultant.  He became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1962 and a Certified Financial Analyst (CFP) in 1988 and was licensed in these areas until his "retirement" in 2002.   Formerly a resident of Valhalla, NY, Mr. Cornell now lives in Vermont.

Don Crocker                                                                                                                             
MSCI 5019  Executive Leadership in Nonprofit Organizations

Don Crocker is the Executive Director/CEO of the Support Center for Nonprofit Management.  He has almost 30 years of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sector and is nationally recognized as a trainer and consultant for nonprofit organizations and foundations. Mr. Crocker is best known for his work in grants and funding development, board development, and in managing executive leadership transitions.  He has held numerous positions in organizations the Tri-State New York Area, including roles as board member, development director and executive director.  Mr. Crocker holds an M.S. in Leadership and Strategic Management from Manhattanville College and a B.A. in Psychology from Queens College of the City University of New York.

Michael Crystal, Ph.D.                                                                                                
MSCI 5028 - Communications & Effective Leadership

Dr. Crystal is a consulting psychologist who, in the last thirty years, has been engaged in corporate human resources, organizational development consulting, and most recently, coaching, training, facilitating and presenting, all with the purpose of helping individuals achieve better performance at their work and more fulfillment from their work. Mr. Crystal earned a MBA degree from the University of Connecticut and he holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Hamilton University.

 

Rhonna Goodman                                                                                                       
LSMP 5020 -  Fundraising & Development for Nonprofit Organizations

Rhonna Goodman is Director of the Manhattanville College Library. In this capacity she has created and managed fund raising and development strategies. In addition to a Masters in Library Science, she is a graduate of the Leadership and Strategic Management program at Manhattanville.

Stephen Hernandez                                                                                                         
LSMP 5017 - Management in Nonprofit Organizations

Stephen Hernandez has been associated with nonprofit organizations for over twenty-five years, the last fifteen as a manager and executive administrator. During his continued tenure, Mr. Hernandez has managed organizations with hundreds of employees and operating budgets of over twenty million dollars. In addition to his extensive nonprofit management experience, Mr. Hernandez has taught in higher education for over twenty years. He holds an M.S. in Education degree from Long Island University. 

Catherine Marsh                                                                                                         
LSMP 5019 – Executive Leadership in Nonprofit Organizations

Catherine Marsh is the Executive Director of the Westchester Community Foundation, a nonprofit community endowment of over 150 charitable funds established for the benefit of Westchester County.  She is the former Managing Director of Client Programs at the Gay Men’s Health Crisis and was Mid-Hudson Director of Volunteers of America.  She served for nine years as the Director of Employment and Training for Putnam County.  Catherine earned her M.S. degree in Manhattanville’s Leadership and Strategic Management program.

Marion A. Simon, Ed.D.                                                                                                               
LSMP 5020 - Fundraising & Development for Nonprofit Organizations

Dr. Simon consults in development and philanthropy and brings to clients more than 25 years of successful experience in not-for-profit education, cultural, arts and human services organizations.   Her consulting activities include conducting feasibility studies and assessments, mentoring staff and board members, developing major gifts programs and organizing capital campaigns.  Previous staff development positions include institutions such as the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, the University of Rochester's William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, the International Museum of Photography and Film at George Eastman House and Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
