Take the opportunity to experience a taste of Manhattanville!

  • Intro to Ceramics – Brownson Hall, Ceramics Studio- Here is a chance to try making a piece of pottery on a potter’s wheel. The course will consist of working on a simple bowl form plus others depending on the skill of the participants.
  • Facebook/MyspaceBrownson Hall, Room ? Students will give you a behind the scenes look at social websites.
  • FLIK Holiday Cooking Class – Benziger Hall – Dining Hall - Join the FLIK Dining Service team for some holiday entertaining tips. We will make and sample a variety of holiday appetizers.
  • Salsa Dance Class – Kennedy Gym, Dance Studio – Join the Latin Dance Club and learn how to Salsa.
  • History of Manhattanville 101Brownson Hall, Room 8 – Learn about the history of Manhattanville College and the meaning behind its core value.
  • Sports Communications – Brownson Hall, Room ? This Graduate level course will provide you with a brief awareness of the sports profession, its role in the industry and an examination of the skills it takes    to succeed.

 

4:30pm – 5:30pm Theatre Production

Little Theatre
Support students in their improv production of “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” performance.

6pm – 7pm Cocktail Hour

Tickets required: $32.00 per person: 6-7pm Open Bar (assorted beer and wine)

7pm-9pm  Dinner Reception

Under the tent on the Quad
Tickets required: $32.00 per person. (Children ages 3-12 $16.00)

Enjoy dinner and dancing with your family. Live entertainment will be provided and special             performances by students.

The winner for the 15 Second Bookstore Shopping Spree will be announced at 8pm.

9:30pm  Celebrate!

Reid Castle, West Room
Family, student and alumni come together at the end of the day for music and dancing, featuring NYC swing band Double Down playing Big Band classics.

The winner of the raffle drawing will have the opportunity to dash through the Manhattanville College Bookstore and grab any item(s) that they can in 15 seconds for FREE! Raffle tickets will be included in your registration packet and the winner will be chosen at the Dinner Reception on Saturday evening at 8pm.    

12pm – 6pm Broadway Shows

Choose from one of the following Broadway Hit Shows:

Wicked - $50
Jersey Boys - $50

Buses for these events will depart Spellman Hall at 12pm noon. Both shows begin at 2pm.             Transportation to and from these venues is free of charge.
