Health and Wellbeing During Crisis
"I urge us to remember our shared humanity, to comfort those in need, and to hope for peace."
-- Cindy Porter, Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Community Building
Since the Hamas terrorist attacks in Israel, there has been an escalation of antisemitic and anti-Muslim incidents of hate across college campuses, across the country, and across the globe. Many struggle with feelings of uncertainty, stress, anxiety, or fear. These feelings are to be expected, however, if they are getting the way of being productive, or are too uncomfortable it is important to seek support. The campus has a number of resources that you may find helpful.
