Christopher leads the team at Center for Career Development and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in building programs, partnerships, and pathways that support student career engagement and success. In his work with students and alumni, he employs a Life Design / Design Thinking framework which promotes creativity and innovation in approaching one’s career and life goals. He is passionate about engaging community partners to develop equitable and inclusive work and experiential learning opportunities for all Manhattanville students. 

He brings over 20 years of career services leadership and experience, having previously worked as the director of the Center for Career Development at Borough of Manhattan Community College (CUNY), Director of Counseling and Programming for the Career Center at Yeshiva University, and as an Associate Director of Career Development at New York University’s Wasserman Center for Career Development.  Prior to his work in higher education, he worked as a recruiter for Accenture, the global management and technology consulting firm, and as a human resources manager for Sectorbase.com, a technology start-up in the Bay Area.  

He holds a Master of Counseling Psychology degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University.  Outside of work, Christopher enjoys biking and exploring the rail trails of the Hudson Valley.
