Dr. Mengfei Cai earned her BS in Psychology from Huazhong Normal University, followed by a MS in Experimental & Developmental Psychology and a PhD in Applied Social Psychology from Brigham Young University. Presently, she holds the position of Associate Professor of Psychology at Manhattanville. Dr. Cai instructs a range of courses, such as Statistics in Social Sciences, Psychology & Culture, and Health Psychology. Additionally, she actively guides undergraduate research. Her research focuses on the social and cognitive development of adolescents and young adults within diverse cultural contexts and settings.
