Dr. Yiping Wan

Dr. Yiping Wan joined the Manhattanville community and became a professor in education leadership in 2009. He has worked with over 500 doctoral students over the past three decades. Dr. Wan has a student-centered, faculty-focused, and community-minded teaching philosophy. Dr. Wan has held several faculty and administrative positions at various institutions of higher education in both the U.S. and China, including two college deanships at two public universities in the U.S. He has won several awards on teaching, research, and services. He trained not only educational leaders, but also business and civic leaders, including MPA, MBA, and EMBA students. He also assisted in the establishment of the first graduate program in education in Belize.
