Data Lab
At Manhattanville's Data Lab, students, faculty, and local businesses come together
to solve real-world cybersecurity and data science issues using the skills of our
Cybersecurity major and computer science students.
You can assist a local business in implementing a data management system, evaluate
the security of computer networks, or collaborate with faculty on your own project.
Completing a personal project or enrolling in an Independent Study course with a cybersecurity
professor at the Data Lab counts as an internship. Any experiences at the Data Lab
can be used to demonstrate teamwork, leadership, and research experience on your resume,
showcasing real impact on a client project.
